The service
SeatPaper is a free, browser-based seating chart maker. It is provided as-is, without warranty, and features may change or be withdrawn.
Your content
Your guest lists and charts belong to you. They are stored on your own device, so you are responsible for keeping a copy — exported PDFs, PNGs and share links are the way to do that.
Acceptable use
Use the tool lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the site or its advertising. Do not use the tool to store or process data you are not entitled to handle.
Advertising
The site is supported by advertising shown in the reserved slots described on the privacy page. We do not endorse advertised products.
Liability
The site is provided without liability for any loss arising from its use, including a chart that is incomplete or incorrect. Check your seating plan against the venue's own requirements.
